Where to find us
Hoge Naarderweg 3E, 1217 AB Hilversum, in Medisch Centrum Dudokpark, close to the centre of Hilversum and the Media Park. The chiropractors are on the second floor, entrance 3E; the physiotherapists and the gym are on the lower ground floor, entrance 3A.
Hilversum is 25 minutes by train from Amsterdam and 20 minutes from Utrecht; the practice is a short walk or bike ride from the stations. Coming by car? Ask the front desk about parking options nearby.
Three ways to book
Online
Choose a time in our online calendar, any time of day. Chiropractic and physiotherapy have separate calendars; you receive a confirmation by e mail. Book online.
By phone
Call 035 760 06 45 during opening hours. Our assistants find a convenient time and answer questions about insurance.
By e mail
Write to info@movewell.nl with your complaint and your availability; we reply within one working day.
Your first visit
Please arrive five minutes early. Bring your ID, your insurance card or policy details, and any MRI, X ray or specialist letters you have. Wear comfortable clothing. The first consultation takes longer than a follow up: conversation, examination, explanation, plan and in most cases the first treatment. You pay chiropractic consultations after the visit, by card, and receive the invoice by e mail.

Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone or e mail. Later cancellations are charged € 39.
Languages
English at the front desk and with all chiropractors and most physiotherapists. Dutch, of course. Other languages on request.
Accessibility
The building has a lift to the second floor. Tell us in advance if you need help getting in; we arrange it.

Can I book an appointment in English?
Yes. The online calendar is in Dutch but simple to use; by phone and e mail we help you in English.
Do you have evening appointments?
Yes, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until 21:00.
Can I come without an appointment?
No, consultations are by appointment, but for acute complaints we usually have a slot within 24 hours. Call us.
Is there parking?
Ask the front desk about parking near the practice when you book; they will tell you the current options.
